This Privacy Policy explains how CBNEXT MKT SOLUTION (“FoCal Forms & Calendars”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use the FoCal Forms & Calendars website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Content you create. Forms you build, their settings, and the responses submitted to them; calendar events, availability, and bookings; contacts you add; and any files you or your respondents upload.
• Information from people who interact with your forms or booking pages.When a visitor submits one of your forms or books an appointment, we process the data they provide (for example, name, email, and answers) on your behalf so we can deliver it to you.
• Payment information. If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; we retain only limited billing metadata (such as plan, status, and the last four digits) needed to manage your subscription.
• Usage and device data. Basic analytics such as pages viewed, features used, approximate timestamps, browser type, and IP address, used to operate and improve the Service.
• Local storage. We store an authentication token and your language preference in your browser so you can stay signed in and keep your settings.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
• To deliver form submissions, booking confirmations, and transactional emails.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To respond to support requests and communicate important account or service notices.
• To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance, reliability, and features.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3. Service Providers

We share information only with vendors that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their functions:

• Stripe — payment processing for paid plans.
• Email delivery providers — to send transactional and notification emails.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Your Data as a Form/Booking Owner

When you collect data through FoCal Forms & Calendars, you are the controller of that data and are responsible for handling it lawfully, including obtaining any consents required from your respondents. We process that data as your service provider in order to operate the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete forms, responses, and other content at any time. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many of these directly in the app, or by contacting us at the address below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

We operate the Service from the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
